Custom Orders

Most of the hand crafted jewelry items we make here in the Yantra Art studio are one a kind, so once it’s sold it goes into our Gallery. If you see a piece that you love and would like to request that we remake it for you, either with the same stones or something you just dreamed up- feel free to send us an email on the Contact Us page describing the item you saw, and we’ll get right back to you about the possibility of replicating it. Usually we ask 3 weeks to make and ship a special order, unless the materials are unusually rare and would take slightly more time to acquire. If your special order is $150 or more, you get free shipping and a gift with your order!

Special Events -

We would love to create a bedazzling, love-filled package for your special event! Whether wedding, baby shower, birthday party, Bar Mitzvah, whatever!- all we need is 4-5 weeks in advance for orders of more than one item. We will work with you on the design you specially request. Fill out the email form on the Contact Us page and let us know what you’d like!

Payments and Shipping -

We accept Visa, American Express, Mastercard and Discover via Paypal. Don’t have a Paypal account? Feel free to send us a money order. We ship to the United States and Cananda only. Shipping rates are 4.95 for the U.S. and 6.95 for Canada, and we always ship within 2 weeks of receiving an order whether by internet or snail mail, unless it is custom or for a special event. You will receive an email once your order has been processed as received. You may add shipping insurance for an extra 1.95. Orders of unusual weight are subject to price change for shipping if necessary.

Returns -

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund of your money. Yantra Art is not liable for any items jewelry or otherwise which are damaged once upon your person.

Fix-Its -

So you got an item of jewelry from us and wore it literally to pieces! Well- we feel pretty flattered about that! Send us an email on our Contact Us page describing what happened, and we’ll see what we can do about it! Some of our clasps are rare and so cannot be replaced with the same one if broken, but we can always put on another one. Depending on what the problem is, we might be able to fix it for free! If it is a re-stringing you need, that can be done at 10.00 per ½ ft, as long as you include the original beading materials in the bag when returning it. Lost a lot of the original beading? Send us a picture or detailed description of what was lost, as we’ll see about replacing it if we have or can get the materials. The cost will be assessed once we figure out what we need to do to get your piece back to beautiful. We will do the best we can to bring your piece of art jewelry back to life- but we cannot guarantee that we’ll always have each item in stock for replacements.
